How do I get started?
The good news is that you can get started with very little gear.
All you really need is a backpack and a weight that you can place inside of the backpack.
From there, you can begin by doing sessions that last between 20 and 45 minutes.
Over time, you can add more distance, weight, and intensity to your rucking workout.
You may also want to buy specialized gear if you begin to ruck regularly.
